Local influence in the process equals better results for our classrooms. For who knows the classrooms in our community better than the teachers that are in them everyday? Teachers are being pressed into doing more and more with fewer and fewer resources. A business model that is not sustainable over the long run. The quality of todays education will directly effect the qualities of communities tomorrow. If we fail to properly educate the next generation it will have a negative effect on everyone. The goal is simple, make sure all students by the time they reach 12th grade are career or job ready, based on what route they wish to pursue.
